Black Teacher Advisory Board

BTP’s Black Teacher Advisory Board is a pilot structure that supports BTP staff in keeping the needs and contexts of current Black teachers at the center of our work and decisions. The Black Teacher Advisory Board meets once a month to provide insights into Black teacher experiences that inform the intentional responsiveness of the Black Teacher Project. The board also contributes to the overall thriving and capacity of our program by supporting the development of special projects and work strands.
